The steel structure fabrication process whether pre-engineered or mid-rise, starts by you telling us the specifications for your project, including the measurements, quantity, what type of metal or steel grade you want, and when you need it by.
We’ll design the project and once we get your approval, we’ll begin manufacturing. We do all of our design, construction, and manufacturing and oversee each project to ensure it meets your requirements. Our highly skilled technicians and our state-of-the-art equipment—like CNC laser cutters, CNC punching machines, and welding machines, etc.—allow us to produce quality products for our customers.
Yes, ATOM STEEL LTD has its own in-house professional engineer registered by our government.
Our typical testing and examinations includes but are not limited to: dimensional checks, magnetic particle, penetrant test, ultrasonic test, dry-film thickness, tensile and visual test.
We have our in-house welding engineer, a registered welding inspector from International institute of welding - Bulgaria, certificate of proficiency (CSWIP), Eddy Current Testing Level 2 (ET2), Magnetic Particle Testing Level 2 (MT2) , Radiographic Testing Level 2 (RT2), Ultrasonic Testing Level 2 (UT2), Visual testing Level 2 (VT2), Properties , characteristic, interpretation & management of Guided Waves, NACE Coating inspector Level 2
Yes. Atom Steel has extensive experience fabricating products according to customer supplied engineering drawings. We fabricate from approved drawings and meet all of the customer's requirements.
We mainly work with structural steel and stainless steel. However, we can provide any material that meets your requirements.
Steel is used in the foundation, HVAC, electrical panels, appliances, decking, and hardware/brackets, just to name a few. There are so many different uses for steel in a residential home alone. So, you can imagine how many other types of steel products go into a commercial application.
Although it's stronger and more durable than stainless steel, carbon steel may rust and corrode when exposed to moisture. Even small amounts of moisture, including moisture vapor in the air, can cause carbon steel to rust. Furthermore, carbon steel is less ductile than stainless steel.
